New search engine launchedPosted 23/08/2004
A new search engine will challenge the likes of Google and Yahoo for a share of the growing market.
Seekgeeks.com is targeting businesses with cheap click through charges.
Bosses claim the service, which uses the MSN, AltaVista and DMOZ search engine databases, provides "incredible" search results.
Seekgeeks.com is also promising to make it easier for businesses to climb the rankings.
Companies wishing to register can send in their URLs for free.
The launch of the new service follows the flotation of market-leader Google last week.
The search engine giant finally made it to the stock market after a controversial and well-publicised IPO.
