The research carried out in the very early stages of this project is reflected strongly in the conversion ratios and the feedback we have had from the customers. It is now up to Outdoor Camping Store to maintain the high level of service expected by the consumer.
After a week of training, the staff at Outdoor Camping Store are now fully capable of maintaining the products and content of the website. Of course Kinetiq Media are always available for technical support.
We at Kinetiq Media see this project as the textbook example of how to launch an online business. It is a model we have developed using the vest knowledge and experience at our disposal and will continue to replicate and improve upon in future projects.
